Party at da Robot House!

I started out sketching this out, and it took over 24 hours to actually draw just the robot itself.

Then, figured that it definitely needed more personality and life, especially since the idea is the insides of a giant robot.

So I struggled with sitting down and finding enough patience in me to draw appropriate models for the passengers/tenants.

A couple days ago I bit the bullet and delve back into this project, drawing simple humans. I traced them from some personal photos of people I took in Shibuya.

After the hours upon hours I took to draw the people, I tried it out and something wasn't right. There still wasn't enough color, and so as much as I hated the thought I'd have to go back and color each and everyone a different unique color, I ended up sitting back down and burning the midnight oil till I started seeing stars.

The end result was spectacular.

Next morning, I FINALLY got to put the people in and see the finished product. I'm immensely satisfied and flattered to hear some dope responses.
