DESIGNed for War

I lately had an idea about a robot girl that destroyed herself. I thought about how my friend Nozomi was talking about the commonality of suicide in Japan as of late, coupled with the decrease in birth rate. For Japan, they worry about who will take care of the elderly through feeding the economy, and its kind of eerie to think about if Japan starts to get smaller and more spacious because people are just dying off. Kinda reminds you of 'children of men' eh?

Think Japan, the home of cyberpunk influences, starts to actually integrate robots into society, but I mean you think robots are built lightweight? Usually they are built of metal, to last and serve a lifetime. At the same time, you design a robot, maybe to protect humans or fight wars for us, who's to give them a choice one of these days if they suddenly decide they want to do something else.

Robots, if they were designed for war, could they end the war by ending themselves? Think about it, can we stop more wars with war? Probably can't stop wars altogether because its about fear, its about money, its about theology. But I thought this piece came out well, considering war is such a topic as of late, along with depression, economy, etc.

It came out well, with the wires spewing out. Thanks to Tony & Heather for critiquing and supporting.
